Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days. If we receive no communication from you within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with the items you have had delivered, we will assume you have received the items in full working order and with no problems.
The deadline for returning your order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have a problem with the goods you have received.
In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. If you return goods to us with no reason or were not faulty then you will incur a restocking fee of 20%

Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that -
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days and you have notified us in the first within the first 7 days of receiving your goods.
The goods are in the original packaging and the same condition as on delivery, i.e. new sealed parts have to be returned to us in new sealed condition.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:
Cost of shipping may or may not be returned to you depending on a case by case basis.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment unless shipped on our account. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty

All products sold by CJS Automation Ltd come with a 12 month warranty, the warranty begins from the dispatch date.

If any products supplied by CJS Automation Ltd fail within the first 14 days please send them back to us and we will replace your item. If no replacement part can be found then we will issue with a refund the amount you originally paid.

If an issue occurs after the first 14 days our warranty terms apply.

We will always discuss the best solution for you if this is repairing the faulty part with one of our trusted partners or replace the part if we can source this for you, if no part can be found then we will refund you the original amount you paid.

New Products, Reconditioned and Service Exchange

All products supplied by CJS Automation Ltd are in working order and covered by our 12 month warranty.

All warranties will be dealt with by CJS Automation Ltd and not the manufacturer. If the part you have ordered fails with 12 months from the date of delivery please return it to us for a repair or replacement.

The repair or the replacement will be our choice and if any product cannot be repaired or replaced then we will refund the original amount you paid.

We shall not be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us. This includes any liability for consequential or indirect damages or loss of profits.

Service Exchange

You have 7 days to give us confirmation that an exchange unit is being returned to us via tracked shipment.

Unless agreed otherwise by CJS Automation Ltd, it is your responsibility to ship the exchange unit back to us.

The exchange unit returned to us must be the same part number as provided as well as in a repairable condition.

If you cannot provide an exchange unit meeting our conditions, you will be liable to pay a fee which will be the difference between exchange and the out-right purchase.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

* Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under
common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or
more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote
for election of directors or other managing authority.

* Country refers to: United Kingdom

* Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this
Agreement) refers to CJS Automation Ltd, Newlands Lane, WS15 3JD.

* Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a
cellphone or a digital tablet.

* Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit

expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or
otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement,
and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance,
usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company
provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind
that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be
compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services,
operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or
be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied:
(i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information,

Disputes Resolution

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory
provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text
