The EL2502 is a 2-channel pulse width modulation (PWM) output terminal designed for industrial automation systems. It modulates the pulse width of binary signals and provides electrical isolation from the E-bus. The device supports 24 V DC operation and can output up to 0.5 A per channel. Some versions of the EL2502 are capable of outputting signals via fiber optics, with the mark/space ratio preset by an internal 16-bit configuration. It is suitable for applications requiring precise PWM control in EtherCAT networks.
