The EP2316-0008 is an EtherCAT Box that features eight digital inputs and eight digital outputs in a single device. The digital inputs include a filter with a constant of 10 microseconds, enhancing signal stability. The device supports 24 V DC operation and provides a process image with status LEDs indicating operational states and errors. It is designed with D-sub connectors and can handle currents up to 0.5 A per channel. Additionally, there is an EtherCAT P variant available, the EPP2316-0008, which combines these functionalities in a single EtherCAT P-compatible device.
