The 101000838 is a magnetic proximity and position reed sensor designed for elevator applications. It features a front-side actuating plane and is equipped with an 8-wire connection technique, including a wire cross-section of 0.25 mm and a cable diameter of 5.9 mm, with a fixed bending radius of 5 times the cable diameter. The sensor has a normally open contact configuration housed in a durable cast iron casing, providing an IP65 protection rating. It is CE certified to meet safety standards.
