The ATS48M10Q is a soft starter designed for asynchronous motors, part of the Altistart 48 series. It features six thyristors for torque-controlled soft starting and stopping of three-phase motors. The device is suitable for applications requiring motor control within voltage ranges of approximately 230 to 415 V and power capacities from around 220 kW up to 710 kW. It is intended for DIN rail mounting and is used in automation and motor control systems to ensure smooth startup and shutdown of motors.
