The VW3A7723 is a braking resistor designed for use with variable speed drives in the Altivar range. It has an ohmic value of 100 ohms at 20°C, with a protection rating of IP00. The resistor features dimensions of approximately 170 x 30 x 60 mm and supports a power rating of 28 W at 122°F (32 W at 104°F). It is compatible with various Altivar inverter models, including Altivar 12, Altivar 312, and Altivar 312 Solar, and is intended to be used as an option for braking in motor drive applications.
