The 6SL3130-1TE31-0AA0 is a basic line module from the SINAMICS S120 series designed for industrial drive applications. It features a three-phase input voltage range of 380-480V at 50/60Hz and provides a DC output of 600V with a current capacity of approximately 167A. The module has a power rating of around 100kW and includes internal air cooling with a compact frame size suitable for integration into larger drive systems. It communicates via the DRIVE-CLiQ interface and is compatible with control units such as CU320 or SINUMERIK systems.
