The 1771-IBD/B is a 16-channel input module designed for industrial control systems, operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC. It interfaces discrete signaling devices such as dry-contact switches and electro-mechanical transmitters to programmable controllers within the 1771 Universal I/O structure. The module features selectable off-delay filter times of either 1 ms or 6 ms, allowing for configurable signal filtering. It is compatible with source switching devices and is commonly used to process the state of inputs for logic operations in automation applications.
